Established in 2014, TGO Agriculture (USA) INC. (hereafter “TGOA”) a subsidiary of Yuntianhua United Commerce Co., Ltd. TGOA is an international trading company whose main business scope includes exporting and importing fertilizers, agriculture products and chemical product.

Our parent company, Yuntianhua United Commerce Co., Ltd. is a commercial company in China engaged in integrating commerce and logistics. Its main scope is international trade, international economic and technological cooperation, domestic trade, supply and sale of goods and materials, import and export of chemical fertilizers, economic and technology consultant service, international freight forwarding, farming product trade, domestic trade of chemical fertilizers, retail sale of coal, and sale of petroleum tar. Our parent company is a member of Yuntianhua Group, Ltd., which is a publicly traded company in China.

TGOA focuses not only on extending the parent company’s existing trading business in the American market, but also on exploring opportunities to enhance a variety of trading products and facilitate the integration of resources.
